My weight loss journey with Bree started in Nov 2016. I have always been a very active person, working out almost 6-7 days/week, but my weight was not where I desired it to be. I wanted to lose 15-20#, build more muscle and get the leaner body I was craving.  I had a nutrition consult with Bree and discussed my fitness goals and diet and lifestyle back then. Based on that, Bree came up with a detailed nutrition guide which gave me such valuable information  on calories and macronutrients I should be consuming.  That was a game changer for me to shed my stubborn weight. I was thinking before that I was being healthy, being a strict vegetarian, but I wasn't getting enough protein. 

Bree was so creative with a plan that fit my vegetarian needs and gave me a lot of meal options. I started eating 5 meals a day and incorporated new foods that I had never eaten before. I never felt like I was on a diet or starving. It was a huge paradigm shift for me and I lost 14# in 3 months, my body fat went from 33% to 22%. I gained muscle and looked so much leaner! I have so much energy and feel stronger in my workouts.  I receive compliments from my friends and family all the time.  I can't thank Bree enough. 

During these 3 months, Bree was there at every step to monitor my progress and always available to answer questions. I have learned so much!

I really wanted to try the Ketogenic diet but wasn't sure how to begin. I set up a consult with Bree and we discussed my reasons for wanting to try this diet approach vs others.  Bree made me aware that the "keto diet" was not a straight forward approach, especially for women, but that she would help guide me on the right path for health and weight loss. 

I'm happy to say that I've been closely following Bree's advice for 6 months and continue to get closer to my goal!
